William Druck
owner/Past president
William Druck is Principal Owner and Past President of Chudnow Druck Valuation. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, School of Business, Bill worked as a Property Appraiser for the City of Milwaukee Tax Commission, as the Statutory Assessor for the Villages of Shorewood and Whitefish Bay and as an Instructor of Real Estate Appraisal and Property Assessment Law and Administration for the Waukesha County Technical College. In 1989, Bill Druck and Donald Chudnow, SRA formed Chudnow Druck Valuation, which grew into one of the largest residential real estate appraisal companies in Wisconsin. Bill has served on the WMBA Single Family Mortgage Production Committee and served for over 10 years on the Board of Directors of the Brewery Credit Union in Milwaukee.
Donna Matti
Vice president and Chief residential appraiser
Donna Matti is a WI-Certified Residential Appraiser, active in the industry since 1988. Her experience includes valuation assignments for mortgages, municipalities, Wisconsin Department of Transportation, attorneys and private owners. In addition to being the Chief Residential Appraiser at Chudnow Druck Valuation, she also deals with many of the investor clients and municipal clients, and assists in training appraisers. Donna is qualified as an FHA and VA Appraiser and is the primary review appraiser at Chudnow Druck Valuation.

Miriam (Mimi) has been working in the real estate appraisal industry for more than 17 years and is a WI-Certified General appraiser in Wisconsin with the Appraisal Institute’s MAI designation. She graduated from UW-Milwaukee with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance and a Certificate in Real Estate. Her experience includes appraisals for a wide range of commercial real estate, including mixed use, industrial, office, retail, multi-family and more. Assignments have included both complex and typical appraisal assignments, along with special projects including condemnation appraisals. Her clientele includes financial institutions, attorneys, accountants, government entities and private individuals/companies. She provides narrative appraisal reports as well as restricted appraisal reports and review services.
Joshua Druck

Joshua Druck is a WI-Certified Residential Appraiser in Wisconsin and has been active in the appraisal industry since 2000. Josh graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee in 1998 with a degree in history. In addition to being a Supervisory Appraiser at Chudnow Druck Valuation, Josh is a Subject Matter Expert, specializing in high-end homes along Milwaukee's North Shore, serves as the Chief Technology Officer and assists with reviews.

Michael is a WI-Certified Residential Appraiser and has been in the real estate appraisal industry since 2007. Michael received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin - Parkside in 2004. He has been employed with Chudnow Druck Valuation since 2007-2008. Mike is both FHA and VA-certified and performs appraisals primarily in Ozaukee and Milwaukee County, as well as Racine County. His experience includes all types of appraisal assignments, including single-family, condos, new construction, multi-family properties, REOs, land, complex/high-end properties, evaluations, desktops and hybrids, as well as private party appraisals and review work. In addition to being a Supervising Appraiser at Chudnow Druck Valuation, Mike has also testified as an expert witness for the City of Milwaukee.

McKenna Francis is a Supervising Certified General Appraiser at Chudnow Druck Valuation, experienced in both residential and commercial appraisal work. McKenna graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in Finance and joined Chudnow Druck Valuation in 2018. McKenna has assisted with training and has extensive review experience.
Nicholas Kaplan is a WI-Certified General Appraiser at Chudnow Druck Valuation, experienced in both residential and commercial appraisal work. Nicholas graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in Finance and joined Chudnow Druck Valuation after graduating.

Tracy Beno has been involved in the appraisal industry for more than 20 years. She is a Certified Residential Appraiser in Wisconsin, has both VA and FHA certification and specializes primarily in Washington, Dodge and Ozaukee Counties. Her experience includes appraisals of all types of residential properties. Clientele includes financial institutions, private individuals, and attorneys.
John Cychosz is a WI-Certified Residential Appraiser that grew up in the Milwaukee area and has been appraising in the Southeastern Wisconsin market for over 22 years. John has experience with diverse types of properties and market conditions and has FHA Certification. He focuses primarily on Racine, Kenosha and Milwaukee counties.
James Carlson is a Certified Residential Appraiser. James graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Economics. His background includes licenses in the investment and insurance industries. James transitioned into the real estate industry working as statutory assessor for communities in the Greater Milwaukee area and NE Wisconsin. His coverage area focuses on Calumet, Fond du Lac, Outagamie, Sheboygan and Winnebago counties, as well as Door County and surrounding areas.
Nicole Koceja is a Certified Residential Appraiser in Wisconsin, with over 20 years of appraisal experience. Nicole has worked for Chudnow Druck Valuation since November of 2000. She performs appraisal services on all types of properties, in Milwaukee, Waukesha and Jefferson Counties. Nicole is a qualified FHA and VA appraiser and has worked for a variety of financial institutions, attorneys and private individuals.
Lance Martin is a WI-Certified Residential Appraiser who has been with Chudnow Druck Valuation since 2003. Lance works predominantly in Milwaukee, Ozaukee and Sheboygan counties. Lance specializes in the Milwaukee condominium market and is sought out by lenders, realtors, attorneys and private parties to perform complicated appraisals for some of the most high-end units in the city, and he routinely appraises properties in excess of one million dollars. He is also well-versed in higher-end lakefront properties throughout Milwaukee, Ozaukee and Sheboygan counties and has expert testimony experience.
Clinton Acker is a WI-Certified Appraiser who has been appraising for 20 years. Clint joined Chudnow Druck in 2023. Clint is FHA-qualified and will be focused primarily on properties located in Dane, Columbia, Sauk, Green, and Rock Counties. His experience includes work for mortgage lenders, AMCs, investors, HUD, USDA, Fannie Mae and private clients, including complex properties, lakefront homes, log homes, manufactured, farmettes and multi-million dollar properties.
Leigh anne anderson
Leigh Anne Anderson has been involved in the appraisal industry for more than 20 years. She is a WI-Certified Residential appraiser and specializes in Fond du Lac County and the surrounding areas. Her experience includes appraisals of all types of properties, as well as years of assessor experience and review experience. Clients include financial institutions, private individuals and attorneys and she is FHA-Certified.
Maura Sullivan
Maura Sullivan is a WI-Certified Residential Appraiser with eighteen years of experience in the appraisal industry. She was first licensed in 2006. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee with a BA in History. While currently focusing on the Metro Milwaukee market, Maura has experience with all types of residential property appraisal, and continues to expand and develop her knowledge of the southeastern Wisconsin real estate markets.
Charles Lee has been performing real estate appraisals in Southeast Wisconsin for over 20 years. For the last 10+ years, Charles has focused most of his time in Waukesha County. His expertise in this location includes all types of complex assignments from high-end lake homes to homes on large acreage and everything in between. Charles is currently a WI-Certified Residential Appraiser, with FHA Certification.
Donald Minkey
Supervising appraiser
Donald Minkey has been a residential real estate appraiser in southeast Wisconsin for over 23 years. His primary markets over that time include Waukesha county, northwest Milwaukee county, and Wauwatosa, with some experience in Washington county and other areas in Milwaukee county. With a primary focus in northern and western Waukesha county, he has considerable experience with lake homes and higher end complex properties. In addition to being a supervising appraiser at Chudnow Druck Valuation, Don is also approved for both FHA and VA appraisals.
Brad Nelson is a Licensed Appraiser. Brad joined Chudnow Druck Valuation in 2021 and is a graduate of UW-Stevens Point, Majoring in Business Administration. Brad serves primarily properties located in Dane, Green, Columbia, Iowa and Rock Counties, as well as surrounding areas and performs work for mortgage lenders, investors and private clients.

Katie Rozman is a WI-Certified Residential Appraiser. Kate graduated from UW-Stevens Point with a degree in German and Secondary Education and has her Masters Degree from Alverno College in administrative leadership. After 17 years of teaching, new interests led her to change careers. She is currently a farm owner and is pursuing her commercial certification to specialize in agriculture. Her coverage area mainly focuses on properties located in Walworth, Kenosha and Racine Counties and includes work for mortgage lenders, investors and private clients. Kate is FHA-certified, as well as a Certified Green Home Appraiser.
MatThew Patten
Matthew Patten runs the Evaluations Department at Chudnow Druck Valuation. Matt has worked in the appraisal industry for well over twenty years now and currently specializes in residential and commercial evaluations and Restricted Reports, as well as administrative appraisal reviews and assists with processing.
Christina Ploetz is a WI-Certified Residential Appraiser. Christina graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater with a degree in Education. After 12 years of teaching, Christina’s true passion for anything relating to real estate led her to change career paths. She has been active in the appraisal industry since 2012. Her coverage area mainly focuses on properties located in Milwaukee and Ozaukee Counties, as well as Restricted Reports and Evaluations throughout the area and includes work for mortgage lenders, investors and private clients and she has FHA Certification.

Jamie Mallas
Jamie serves the clients and appraiser staff at Chudnow Druck Valuation as the lead processor. Within her position, she fulfills daily office tasks, performs property research, enters and assigns orders and processes appraisal requests. With a strong focus on communication and customer satisfaction, Jamie's role is instrumental in meeting the valuation needs of our clients. Jamie has expansive real estate experience, including sales and valuations, throughout southeastern Wisconsin.
JoAnn Grams
JoAnn has worked for Chudnow Druck Valuation for over 30 years. During that time she has been overseeing much of the day to day front-end operations of Chudnow Druck Valuation. She is proficient at entering orders, sending orders to clients and order management. She takes pride in her job and reviews orders and appraisals to make sure that clients receive quality and timely appraisals. She strives to maintain the quality and commitment to our clients for which Chudnow Druck Valuation is known.
